How this works in practice
Here is a concrete example. Suppose we publish an article about a new provincial housing policy. The story is written by a named journalist, reviewed by our Provincial Affairs Editor Jessica Morin, and fact-checked by our Standards Lead Andrew Leblanc before it goes live. If we later learn that a figure in the article was incorrect, we issue a correction — clearly noted at the top of the article — and update the piece.
